GroundworkAI builds prototypes and product plans for people with ideas. This page explains what we do with your information when you contact us or work with us. It is written plainly on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in the brief form on our site, that is your name, email address, an optional budget range, and the description of your idea. If you email or call us, we hold whatever is in that correspondence.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect any information that identifies you personally — only aggregate, anonymous page-view counts. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies.
Why we hold it

- To scope, quote and deliver work you ask us to do
- To keep records of projects we have taken on
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Your idea stays yours
The idea you describe belongs to you. We treat project briefs as confidential and will not share yours with anyone outside GroundworkAI. If you want a signed NDA before you tell us anything, say so and we will sign one.
Who else sees it
Our email is hosted by IONOS, and the site is served by a static hosting provider. Those providers process data on our behalf as part of running email and a website. We use AI tools in our own design and build process, and we do not paste confidential client material into third-party AI services without permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for six years, which is what UK accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales.groundworkai@linkedtech.io and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
